The percentage of hCD19+ cells in the peripheral hCD45+ cell population are shown over time for (A) Leg PedThy, (B) Renal PedThy, (C) HSC, and (D) BLT mice described in Table 1. Each symbol denotes a separate animal. Once reconstitution was reached, animals were challenged with HIV-1 and flow cytometry was no longer performed.
