CO2 adsorption capacity of ZIF-8 in percentage as a function of pressure and temperature. The data are obtained along a heating sequence at a fixed pressure followed by cooling (quenched) and analyzed using the characteristic combination IR mode of CO2. A maximum enhancement (by 80%) of CO2 adsorption by heating was achieved at 1.15 GPa (see text).
