Map shows the locations of the acceleration stations belonging to ISMN (triangles) and epicentres (circles) of the selected earthquakes. The distribution of the focal depth, magnitude, and moment magnitude versus hypocentral distance for the whole database is also shown in this figure. The red lines present the main faults of the region including the Main Zagros Thrust (MZT), Main Recent Fault (MRF), High Zagros Fault (HZF) and Mountain Front Fault (MFF). Segments including large events are shown in rectangles. Available historical events10 are shown with yellow hexagons.
