Significant PPI network clusters obtained by MCODE, and their corresponding enriched BP terms (p-value < 0.05) for (A) BRP and (B) OSP genes. In the BRP gene network, hub genes within clusters 1 and 2 were found to be significantly enriched in terms associated with ossification and osteoblast differentiation, indicating their potential roles in these processes. Similarly, in the OSP gene network, hub genes within clusters 1, 2, and 3 were significantly enriched in several biological processes. These included ossification, tissue remodeling, negative regulation of oxidative stress, and lipid transportation and localization.
