The upper panel (A) shows the difference in microbial alpha diversity metrics between coffee species (C. arabica or C. canephora), while the lower panel (B) represents the differences among floristic domains. The PERMANOVA F-statistics were calculated based on 999 permutations. The higher the value of F statistics, the greater the effect of the species or floristic domains on the community.
