Serum exosomes miR-1258 was positively correlated with serum miR-1258(r = 0.33, p < 0.001), neutrophil count (r = 0.57, p < 0.001), WBC (r = 0.50, p < 0.001), CRP (r = 0.33, p < 0.001), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) (r = 0.29, p < 0.001), and NLR (r = 0.24, p < 0.05). **: the difference between different groups was statistically significant (p < 0.01); ***: the difference between different groups was statistically significant (p < 0.001).
