  1. P = probability, C: binomial coefficient.
  2. n = the number of obtained glomeruli, x = the number of glomeruli with pathological variables* predicting progression to ESRD.
  3. Binomial distribution was used to calculate the posterior probability of how accurately patients were classified into histological categories.
