The upper rows are values for concentrations in µg/mL and lower rows are concentrations transformed to molar (M). For each extracted EC50 value, the standard deviation (SD) is provided between brackets. The right column shows the EC50 value for IgG1 divided over the EC50 value for IgM to obtain a ratio for the difference in EC50.
