Effect of DSHT on iNOS and COX-2 expression in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Cells were treated with the indicated concentration of DSHT (100 and 400 μg/mL), L-NMMA (100 μM), and indomethacin (Indo; 10 nM) and stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 18 h. L-NMMA and indomethacin were employed as positive controls for the iNOS and COX-2 inhibitors, respectively.
