Heatmaps of normalized median-centred fold changes of DIA MS1 (a) and DIA MS2 (b) for 106 lipid species identified and quantified in dilution series of lipid extracts from commercial human plasma. A distinct increase in concentration, directly proportional to increasing injection volumes (grey to black), is shown for all lipids measured, for both DIA MS1 and DIA MS2 acquisitions.
