CXCR7 activation attenuates markers of aortic and cardiac fibrosis in juvenile rats. Early supplementation of TC14012 reduced the gene expression of aortic (A) collagen 1a2 (Col 1a2) (B) TFG-β1 and (C) LV Col 1a2 mRNA levels in neonatal hyperoxia-exposed juvenile rats.
