Nuclear translocation of IRF3 in CT26 cell lines induced by DNA stimulus. (A) CT26 cell derivatives (R232, HAQ, H232) were stimulated with DNA (1 µg/ml). Cells were fixed 8 h after stimulation and nuclear translocation was assessed by IF. R232 non-stimulated cells were used as negative control. (B) Unbiased count of nuclear IRF3 + cells by DAPI/IRF3 colocalization. The statistical analysis was performed by student’s t test. Dashed lines indicate p < 0.005; solid line p < 0.05.
