Several proteins including ACTC1, EFNB2, F2RL1, MME, P4HA1, SPP1, STC2, THBS1, and LAMC2 were found to be significantly overexpressed in tumor tissues of HNSCC compared to normal tissues. Conversely, FERMT2 exhibited a significant downregulation in HNSCC tumor tissues.
