Frequency distribution of recombination events in the subset of matched RILs at F6 and F7. A change from one homozygous class to the other was counted as one recombination event and a change between homozygosity and heterozygosity was counted as ½. The sum of events corresponds to the expected crossover frequency per gamete. The x-axis is the number of recombination events and the y-axis is the number of instances.
