Functional analysis of DEGs based on KEGG pathway annotations. Pathways with a Q-value ≤ 0.05 that were significantly enriched in DEGs between the control and NaCl group (A), NaCl and NaCl + ABA treatment group (B) after 72 h of foliar sprayed ABA, were analyzed with the KEGG database.
