Analysis of differential gene expression in high and low-grade endometrial mesenchymal sarcomas within the GEO database. Red indicates high expression, while blue indicates low. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified based on logFC values and adjusted p-values (logFC (fold change) in upregulated ≥ 1.0 and downregulated genes ≤ minus 1.0, adjusted p-value < 0.05).
