Relationships between ecosystem respiration (ER), gross ecosystem productivity (GEP), and net ecosystem exchange (NEE) with vegetation volume index, water table level, and air temperature under full light conditions (PAR > 1000 μmol m–2 s–1). Only statistically significant linear regression lines are displayed. Regression equations are given in Supplementary Table 7. Negative fluxes represent carbon uptake into the ecosystem and positive water table level indicates the water is above the peat surface.
