Using the shufe-LAGAN program, the chloroplast genomes of 23 distinct species were examined. The horizontal axis displays the location in the chloroplast genome, and the same proportions are displayed in the vertical direction at a scale of 50 to 100%.The gene being labeled and the direction of transcription are represented by each arrow.
