Re-epithelialization and revascularization of the decellularized tracheal patch. CK5 + 8 staining was observed within the graft in both control cases (a) and experimental cases (b) at 1 month post-operatively. Additionally, CD31 + staining was observed at 1 month post-operatively in both control cases (c) and experimental cases (d). Ki67 + staining shows no difference between the control cases (e) and the experimental cases (f) at 1 month post-operatively.
