Survival prognosis based on THEM6 was analyzed by survival curve. Cox regression analysis was performed to assess the impact of (A) THEM6, (B) PLEKHA4, and (C) NR1H3 on overall survival (OS) in the TCGA-BRCA dataset. Additionally, Cox regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the association between (D) THEM6, (E) PLEKHA4, and (F) NR1H3 expression levels and OS in the cBioPortal database.
