Bayesian analyses to test the utility of YDB Pt anomaly in Paleo Unit 1 (PU1). Age-depth model using 2 OSL dates (black text; Table 1, Fig. 3) and the Pt peak (green text and arrow). The Pt anomaly has a previously determined datum age range of 12,785 ± 50 cal BP (12,835–12,735 cal BP)4,5. The Pt peak’s chronostratigraphic position is statistically supported with an Agreement Index of 100 (lower limit ≥ 60), confirming its utility as a chronostratigraphic marker.
