Classification accuracy metrics for High, Low and Medium classes of malaria incidence as predicted by the three models. Sensitivity is a measure of true positive classifications, while specificity is the measure of true negatives. The positive and negative predictive values indicate the probability of predicting a true positive or true negative out of all positive and negative cases respectively. The balanced accuracy is derived from the mean of sensitivity and specificity.
