The blue line indicates infants receiving LISA + SNIPPV treatment and the red line indicates those receiving InSurE + nCPAP. The FiO2 requirement was significantly different immediately after treatment for both groups (At Day 0, mean FiO2 (%) for LISA + SNIPPV group was 30.75 ± 4.78 vs. 34.66 ± 9.83 for the standard group). A significantly lower FiO2 demand was sustained up to the 2rd (14 days) and 3rd week (21 days) after treatment (P < 0.05). *Indicates significant differences with a P < 0.05.
