Qualitative comparison of the Functional Connectivity Networks. Four communities are derived from the mean FC matrices of the test subjects from the ground truth as well as the predicted FCs from the proposed and other models: MKL7 and GCN Encoder-Decoder14. Color coding of the edges/nodes for different models is done independently, and hence the cross-comparison of community structures is qualitative in nature.
