C3-epi-25(OH)D3 is decreased with 25(OH)D3 reduction in almost all diseases (except adverse pregnancy), but the generation rate of C3-epi-25(OH)D3 is increased in any disease condition. Among the 26 specific diseases, only 12(46.2%) had significant differences compared with health controls in both C3-epi-25(OH)D3 levels and percentages. Significant values are in bold.
