Effect of p53 mutational status in NSCLC cells. (a) Characteristics of the NSCLC cell lines used in this study with EGFR and p53 mutational status. (b) Levels of ITGB1 in H1975 cells were transfected with siRNA scrambled and siRNA p53 treated or not with osimertinib. (c) Western blot analysis of p53 expression in untreated and treated PC9, PC9/OR, H1975 and H1975/OR cells for 72 h. (d) Representative western blot images of p53, ITGB1, e-cadherin and vimentin in scrambled and siRNA p53 OR cells. (e) Quantitative analysis of gel bands by morphodensitometric analysis using ImageJ software. Data are expressed as relative protein levels of each treated sample compared to the corresponding untreated control. Significant differences versus untreated were indicated with *p < 0.05. At least three independent experiments were performed. Tubulin and actin were used to ensure equal loading.
