Luciferase assay activity of NICD dimer mutations. 293T cells were co-transfected with a SPS-Core 16 bp promoter luciferase reporter and wild-type (WT) or various NICD mutants. Reporter activation is compared to its basal activity in cells. Shown are the average +/− SE of three experiments. Statistical significance was determined through a student’s two-tailed t test, assuming equal variances, where *** is p < 0.001, ** is p < 0.01, and * is p < 0.05.
