From: The amount of antioxidants in honey has a strong relationship with the plants selected by honey bees
The abundance of Rosaceae and Fabaceae families in honey shows an increasing trend with rise altitude up to 3000 m. The four families influencing the amount of antioxidant activity of honey were sampled throughout the region and showed different frequencies. Figure 6 describes the abundance of four families in the collected honey samples.
