The expression level of B4GALT1-AS1 was significantly reduced in breast cancer samples compared to normal tissues (b) The correlation between the Rock curve and TCGA-BRCA level to differentiate between patients and normal individuals. An area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.8 to 0.9 is considered excellent discrimination, suggesting B4GALT1-AS1 may be useful as a diagnostic biomarker.
