In graphs d–i, each individual animal is represented by a different color. The mixed effect linear regression model is plotted as a solid black line and the equation of that line is reported. The within group correlation coefficient is reported as “r”. NIRS data were sampled every 2 s and kidney tissue oxygen was sampled every second.
