Overall study design. HH and MyLa 2059 cells were used for in vitro experiments. Treated cells were subjected to cell viability assays, apoptosis assays, RNA sequencing, and RPPA. NSG mice were used for in vivo models of MF. Mice were inoculated with HH cells subcutaneously and treated with GZ17-6.02 or vehicle. Tumor volume was measured over time, and at the end of the experiment, tumors were extracted, weighed, and prepared for RPPA. RPPA, reverse phase protein arrays; NSG, NOD.SCID.gamma.
