Acacetin inhibits cell proliferation, invasion, and migration of NSCLC cells. (A) NSCLC cells, H460 and A549, were treated with different doses of acacetin for 48 h, cell viability was then detected by MTT assay (n = 6). (B) Cell invasion assay of H460 and A549 cells which were treated with 0, 10, and 15 μM of acacetin for 48 h (n = 3).
