Expression of MSCs surface marker genes (CD105, CD90, CD73, CD44 and CD34). ADMSCs show high expression of CD105, CD 90, CD44 and CD73 and very low expression of the hematopiotic surface marker CD34, which is characteristic of MSCs. Values are presented as the mean ± SEM (n = 5 samples/group). Data were calculated by the 2 − ΔΔCT method, using GAPDH as an internal control, and then normalized to the control negative value, which was set to 1. Different superscript letters indicate a significant difference at P ≤ 0.05.
