From: Automatic enhancement preprocessing for segmentation of low quality cell images
AWEL architecture using 3D convolution layer. In the segmentation of three classes, we prepare four segmentation outputs. The first network generates one segmentation result, and the second network generates three segmentation results. To aggregate all outputs and generate the final segmentation results, we use weighted ensemble learning. Weights are automatically determined by 3D convolution.
