  3. Infection included upper respiratory tract infection (n = 1), pneumonia (n = 1), urinary tract infection (n = 3), zoster infection (n = 1), acute gastroenteritis (n = 1).
  4. Others were myalgia (n = 1) and arthralgia (n = 1).
