Effects of sex and diet and their interactions on the number of colon tumors. The number of colon tumors was measured at 75 days after AOM injection. Results were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and were expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD). The p-values for main effects and their interactions are reported in box. Bars labeled with different letters are significantly different based on Duncan's multiple range tests (p < 0.05).
