BODIPY-cholesterol labeled cells were left untreated (control) or treated with TO901317 (10 µM) for 20 h, then apoB-depleted serum was added at the indicated concentrations for 4 h. Fluorescence signal of BODIPY-cholesterol in cell lysates was measured. Data of one experiment performed in triplicates are shown.
