3 | Moderate | A moderate/mechanism is the subsequent failure mode, and it is possible to identify its possible occurrence |
4 | Remote | It is possible to identify a failure mode that could occur remotely, via a mechanism, and to identify the failure mode that follows |
5 | Very remote | Determining the mechanism responsible for the failure mode and its subsequent failure mode is highly improbable |
