Demonstrating of M-MDSC frequencies in the healthy population and T2DM patients with good and poor glycemic control group. *The M-MDSCs frequencies were detected and analysed using FCM and CytExpert. The cells with a CD14+CD33+CD45+HLA-DR− phenotype was defined as M-MDSCs (red box gate). Our results show that higher M-MDSCs frequency in the peripheral blood of T2DM patients, especially those with hyperglycemia, compared with healthy people.
