SEM observation of hPDLSCs seeded over acid etched dental implants. First row after 14 days of differentiation and second row after 21 days of differentiation. Cell bodies illustrated a fuller and rounder appearance and were connected via synaptic pseudopodia. The number of cells increased after 21 days (d) with more pronounced filopodia which are short and thick in appearance (e,f) (magnification: (a) ×24, (b) ×250, (c) ×6K, (d) ×2.5K; (e) ×2.5K, (f) ×4K).
