Anti-inflammatory efficacy of Erigeron annuus water extract (EEA) on TNF-α/IFN-γ induced HaCaT cells. (a) HaCaT cells were treated with EEA for 24, 36 or 48 h, and the MTS assay was performed. (b) The HaCaT cells were pretreated with EEA (0.1% or 0.2%) and PA (respective concentration, 4.7 and 9.4 µg/mL) for 6 h and stimulated with 10 ng/mL of T/I for 24 h. The mRNA expression of IL-1B, IL-6, TARC, and MDC was measured by RT-qPCR. (c) Cell supernatant was harvested 24 h after 10 ng/mL T/I stimulation, and protein expression was measured using ELISA kit.
