FLP cells within day-6 and -10 granulation tissue are not a prominent Vimentin-positive cell population. FLP cells (tdTomato positive) show minimal overlap with staining for Vimentin (green) within the granulation tissue. Nuclei are stained with Hoechst dye (blue).
