Relative abundances of the most abundant ASVs found in the digesta-bacterial communities of fish fed diets with increasing levels of tributyrin (TBT). ASVs were colour-coded according to their prokaryotic phylum. The circle size of the ASV is proportional to the mean percentage of sequences per treatment as indicated by the symbol legend in the upper right corner of the figure below the phylum assignment legend. Cont: basal diet only (no TBT added); TBT1: basal diet with 0.1% TBT (m/m); TBT2: basal diet with 0.2% TBT (m/m); TBT4: basal diet with 0.4% TBT (m/m). In experimental diets, TBT was added to the basal diet at the expense of the excipient silica.
