Effect of direct EMF exposure on cell viability of HDFa, NHA, SH-SY5Y, and T98G cells. Cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay. The cells were exposed to radiation with the following parameters: 87 kHz, 1.4–1.7 mT, and 1.05 kW for a continuous exposure time of 60 min. Analysis was performed immediately after EMF exposure, without a recovery period. The control group represents 100% viability. Data are mean ± SD. Data are representative of three independent experiments, each with 6 replicates.
