Induced MOG-reactive CD4⁺CD25^highCD127^low regulatory T cells (Tregs) upregulated intracellular expression of CCN3 and Ccn3 mRNA expression in the spinal cord. The Treg-treated group (n = 5) displayed marked upregulation of CCN3 in the spinal cord compared to the sham-treated group (n = 5), as shown by (B–D) a comparison of the number of CCN3⁺olig2⁺ cells (cells/mm²) or proportion of CCN3⁺Olig2⁺ cells (%) in the spinal cords among the groups.
