Validation of candidate proteins from 2D proteomic analysis. HEK293T/17 cells were either mock-infected or infected with DENV 2 or DENV 4 at MOI 5 for 72 h. Western blot analysis was performed to validate the expression of Hsp701A, PHB1, Hsp90, STIP1, PPA1 and STIP1. In addition gels were probed for DENV E protein and GAPDH as in internal control. All experiments were performed independently in triplicate. Protein band intensities were quantified using GraphPad Prism5 program and the expression of all proteins was normalized to GAPDH.
