Proportions of the Delta B.1.617.2, Omicron BA.1, and Omicron BA.2 variants in Helsinki wastewater, 8.11.2021 to 28.2.2022. Delta B.1.617.2 was the most common variant until 13.12.2021. Omicron BA.1 became the most common on 20.12.2021. On 28.2.2022, Omicron BA.2 became the most common. The standard deviation of the mutation allelic frequency is in the lighter shaded area.
