Behavioral responses were considered detected (true) if the percentage of correct responses exceeded the chance level (50.3%), otherwise they were considered undetected (false). Electrophysiological responses were considered detected (true) if the N1 peak was significant, otherwise they were considered undetected (false). Responses in which behavioral and electrophysiological detection were in agreement (true positive or true negative) are shown in blue. Responses in which behavioral and electrophysiological detection disagreed (false positive or false negative) are shown in orange. The number indicates the number of subjects.
