Zymoseptoria P450s have different reactivities to the P450 probes. Microsomes from agroinfiltrated N. benthamiana leaves expressing GFP-tagged ZtP450s were isolated and labelled with 5 μM probes in the absence or presence of 1 mM NADPH for 1 h. Labelled proteins were coupled to a fluorophore via click chemistry and visualised by in-gel fluorescence scanning. Anti-GFP western blot is shown as protein expression and loading control. Similar results were obtained in two additional independent replicates.
