Experimentally gene expression profile and prognostic values of ANGPT-1, ANGPT-2, and VEGF-A in CRC patients. VEGF-A (A) and ANGPT-2 (E) were significantly upregulated, while ANGPT-1 (C) was significantly downregulated in CRC tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues. Also, downregulated ANGPT-1 (D) and upregulated ANGPT-2 (F) and VEGF-A (B) were significantly correlated with decreased overall survival of CRC patients.
